They are busy because they're good, but still provide personal service
The only negative I can think of is some popcorn on the seat cushion in the waiting room. Otherwise, everything is as close to perfect as possible. Can't think of any improvements short of a full brunch buffet!

Hyundai is constantly exceeding my expectations. I took my vehicle in to get an oil change and a few days later in the mail I got a notice that I needed a software upgrade. I checked the site listed in the notice, entered my vin and looks like it was already done during my oil change. That's the kind of one stop shop service I appreciate.
