I HAVE JUST LEARNED THAT MY SERVICE ADVISOR, MARIO MACIAS, WAS RANKED # 1 IN THE NATION IN THE PAST. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED HE IS RIGHT UP THERE IN THE RUNNING STILL AGAIN FOR 2019.
HE HAS BEEN MY ADVISOR SINCE 2014 AND I HAVE RESPECTED HIS JUDGEMENT AND ADVICE IN THE MAINTENANCE OF MY CAR. I WOULD TRUST HIM WITH MY LIFE , LITERALLY.
HE ALWAYS KEEPS ME INFORMED OF THE STATUS OF THE CAR, AND IF ANY ADDITIONAL WORK MAY BE NEEDED GIVES ME THE OPTION TO DO IT NOW OR NEXT SERVICE. HE HAS MY COMPLETE TRUST, NOT PUSHY.
