Great experience
Mario was my service tech and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and was very kind. He let me know how long it was going to be and offered a shuttle if I needed one. I haven't had a service experience like this before and definitely will be coming back to see him at San Tan Hyundai. Thank you!

The prompt and friendly service.
You have earned your 5 star again with what we have settled on. The service there is always friendly and it was really prompt with out a lot of delays. Your people are always helpful and with a smile on their faces.
The only problem was that the battery that was to be installed was not in stock. That was not a problem and I still gave you a 5 star.

Excessive cost of repair-RESCORE
After a useful discussion with Robert Bullard at San Tan Hyundai, I've decided to give their service dept another opportunity to service my car. I must express that, although the original quote for the belt replacement was excessive and would have been adjusted downward, the fact that seeing that to continue driving the car might have been risky, they did nothing to accommodate me and replace the belts while the car was already in the shop. I had to scramble about finding someone to do the work as soon as possible during the busy hoiiday time.
