Service is excellent, exemplified by Service Advisor, Mario Macias
The battery on my Elantra died this past Sunday. I left a v/m for Service Advisor Mario Macias (since I didn't want to totally catch him by surprise when I showed up first thing Monday am, Aug. 19th). I arrived at 7 a.m. on Monday (a very busy day for service) without an appointment. Mario was extremely accommodating, as always, & had me finished at the dealership in less than one hour. As always, Mario provided excellent service with a smile. Kudos to Mario.

Always Top Notch Service
My QL Advisor, Mario Macias, always has my best interests at heart. He recommends service intervals that are needed and also makes sure I'm aware of what needs to done and when. The service experience at San Tan Hyundai is great. I'm aware of the time it takes, I'm always aware of what needs to be done and what was completed. San Tan service always meet or exceed the time they tell me it will take to complete the service. San Tan Hyundai has provided top-notch service from day one of owning my Hyundai. I highly recommend the service department.

Didn’t get requested service performed.
When I did my on-line service appointment I took the first time available, which was 1:15pm. But when I checked in I was told that two of the services couldn’t be performed because they were too busy, and that I should schedule those for mornings. This was the second straight visit that I couldn’t get my A/C checked. How was I too know?

As always, we were treated great for our 30,000 mile check up. Service was prompt and efficient and Mario texted me with what he found prior to performing the work. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. This place is the best!

They are busy because they're good, but still provide personal service
I can see how they could change some things to make it easier for the employees, but they haven't. Instead, they are focused on making the visit easy and pleasant for the customers.

San Tan Hyundai's system and service staff make it easy to coordinate drop off and pick up of my car for maintenance. Their system also makes it easy to approve any additional service that is found to be needed. I recommend this dealership and love my Kona!

Excellent customer service!
I came in for an oil change where my customer service representative, Mario, told me how long it would take, so I knew what to expect while waiting in their comfortable lounge section. They ultimately accomplished the task in a shorter time that they had initially told me, so I’m very satisfied with the service.
