2018 Tucson contuing service
Was promptly greeted and checked in. Service was completed in an hour. Car was returned cleaner than when it arrived. Please thank Mario for his assistance in locating my vehicle - took two tries before I finally saw it. Just an elderly problem (me, not the car or Mario). Looking forward to my next visit.

Friendliness and service.
A big thankyou to Mario, for taking care of us the past seven years. His attitude has never changed, he is a pleasure to work with. From the time I call him for an appointment until we walk out the door.
Went in for an oil change. Drove up and was waited on immediately. My Hyundai was so dirty on the outside.
My husband enjoyed a donut while I had popcorn.
Everyone is professional and friendly. In no time at all our Hyundai was serviced.
As we approached our vehicle, I thought I had a new one, it was so clean. Thanks guys for the work well done.

We have used Mario Every time to take care of the cars needs. My husband, Jim passed away 9-9-19 so I his wife of 64 years will be sure it is serviced. Mario Macias is the BEST Service Mgr. He was even going to service broken "rear marker lights," but didn't when he realized that my particular Santa Fe model didn't have marker lights. No service, no cost. Good laugh. Oil and filter change, $29. Out the door in an hour. Earnhardt Hyundai is MY go to dealership and service center.

What started as a simple oil change actually ended up in a new car purchase. We bought our 2011 Santa Fe from Santan Hyundai and have always been extremely happy with the vehicle AND the service we've received from Santan Hyundai. I'd like to point out specifically that Mario in the service department has always been a pleasure to deal with. Anyway, I looked at the new 2020 Santa Fe and ended up trading in the 2011. The new car salesman, Andre, and the Finance Manager, Kyle, were also fantastic to deal with. I certainly expect that I will receive excellent service, as I've become accustomed to, with this new vehicle.
