Long service time.
The service time of about two hours for an oil and filter change and car wash seemed too long. It would have been easier if I had been advised it would take that long.

Went to the dealership for an oil change, tire rotation, and outstanding service campaign. Very quick and efficient. Took just over an hour for all services to be completed. Great place to service your vehicle.
