Good morning. Thank you for responding to our survey. I understand your feedback; however, there are several other things to be considered. You and I imagine the work once we are at the car and started. A technician only gets paid for what he does. For him, he goes to his computer terminal and requests his next job. He pulls the job and reads what he is to perform, in this case replace a headlamp bulb. He goes to key board to pull the key then goes to the lot to find the car. He brings the car to his bay and requests parts through his terminal. While he is waiting and prepares by getting his tools. He goes to the parts department to get the part then returns to his bay. He does the necessary steps to replace the bulb. In your case, the procedure shows to disconnect the negative battery cable and remove the bumper cover to access the headlamp assembly. After he completes the repair, he types in his comments into the computer to print on your invoice. He puts away his tools and he parks the car. In regards to pricing, we discount his normal labor charges to stay competitive with the local market.
