Bad design of the service inspection reporting
the actual service part was great, no problems. Their system of computer reports and emails is garbage. At this point I cannot get a copy of the service/inspection report, since the system tells me its been disabled and will not show a copy. Talking to the service rep, he also does not have access, so I dont have the report.

Everything about the appointment and service was handled just perfectly. Mario met me when I arrived; he was courteous and friendly, yet also professional. The service was performed quickly and my car was returned to me freshly washed. Overall a great experience.

I would recommend San Tan Hyundai to a friend, and I have. Clean show room, no pressure buying, quick and friendly service. What I don't like is the replacement cost for a key. Need to look at that.
