Hartford Lia always striving for improvement. Some key areas would be nice to take note. Upon completion of car services it would be nice to be taken to your car or have designed area where your completed service car can be picked up. It is important for the correct information be relayed, about why your coming in for services. The maintenance advisor was very pleasant and informative.

My name is Gavin and I am the Service Manager for the dealership, I would like the opportunity to speak with you and address your concerns. I am sorry to read that you were not told where your vehicle was parked after completion as we do have a designated area for this, nevertheless 60% (3 stars) out of 100% (5 stars) makes me think maybe more then just the parking and I would like to discuss and resolve this matter. Excellent Experience

I have been coming to this facility for sometime now and have brought several cars new and used. I haven't had a bad experience yet. When I needed an appt it's been easy. My vehicles haven't given me any bad experience. Staff has always been helpful, courteous and friendly. I haven't been pressured to buy. So that's why I keep coming back and referring people. Keep up the good work. A satisfied customer.

I recently took my vehicle in for a routine oil change. The service rep Matt was very helpful and friendly. He was prompt with the check-in for my appointment. When the service was complete, he did not haggle about any other services that could be offered and he informed me that the dealership sanitized my car. Overall, he provided courteous and respectful service.
