All about customer service
I took my Genisis Coupe in for the 110,000 service. I had questions about the quote I had been given for this major service on my previous visit because the quote seemed out of line and had included some things I had already had done recently. The service rep went over everything with me and agreeably made the necessary adjustments to the quote reducing the service charge. Because of the misunderstanding I received my car back freshly washed.

Car has a fundimental failure in a simple function but dealership unable to fix design flaws in the car
The dealership corrected the issues related to the oil problems I had and was able to confirm that both the car's design and my treatment by bluelink were unacceptable but was unable to correct those issues or influence them. They sympathized with my issues with their product but we ultimately unable to affect a correction to the issue. I do appreciate their efforts to correct the issue that they had control over.

Person who talked to me about car was very knowledgeable but spoke so I could understand what he was saying. What will need to be seen about soon was not pushed on me as urgent. Everyone was extra courteous and asked several times while I waited if they could do anything for me. Above all, maintenance complete!!!

Professional courteous and timely
Associate took the time to listen to my situation. Due to a blow-out the previous day, we needed not 1 but 2 new tires. When the associate found out he wouldn't be able to match my tires, he allowed me to purchase the tires from another place and they would still mount them.

Oil change went badly
Didn't use synthetic that was on the car history, and didn't ask either. Was told that the other issue I brought in was because I purchased the wrong car and that is just how things are. (Features that are usually standard on most vehicles turn off, when you turn off blue link.)

Nice place and people!
Good experience at Tameron. Problem was handled nicely and everyone there was nice and kind. The area was very neat and clean and they had food and drinks in the waiting area.
