Exceptional service
Larry in the service department went above and beyond to help with not only my daughters car repair but also straightening out a warranty issue in the system.
Both he and the manager, John worked to investigate the error and make corrections so that moving forward we would not have any future issues.
They both followed up with us and followed through with phone calls to communicate with us the status of the warranty issue as well as the status of our repair.
I appreciated both of them proactively communicating with me. I will definitely take our car there again for service above another dealership.

Service department is a working towards improvements
UPDATE- After speaking with Justin I see how the service department is working on improving. I will give them another chance.
Hyundai is a great vehicle however the service department at Wesley Chapel is not what it used to be. So sad. I am on my third. Hyundai and live right by the dealership. However, I might go somewhere else for service for my Hyundai.

Poor service department

Correction for a survey question and star rating
As you can see by all other responses, we meant the opposite when answering this question: “ What could have been improved about your interaction with the staff at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel?” We meant to state that these were DONE WELL. As a result, the service was definitely a 5-star. These things were all done with complete professionalism and courtesy. If there’s a way to correct the star rating, please forward that to us

Excellent service experience from beginning to end.
No matter what the problem with the vehicle is, they are always very professional and efficient in handling it. Something that I can always trust in.

One thing that I value is the flowing communication. Keeping me posted allows me to make decisions helping with prioritizing and planning.

Their Lyft service was very helpful for me, to be able to leave my car for service and still go to work.

Very attentive!
Larry Rosecrants was very personable, and made sure he understood the details of the problem I was having with my car before putting it in for service. I appreciate everything he offered to do to make the service visit comfortable and less stressful. That's the type of service we should get everywhere!
