Larry in service was exceptional but trying to get an appointment is ridiculous and what the service people are putting up with is so wrong

Service without pressure!!
When I scheduled this appointment I was concerned that I would have to have more work done than I could afford. Larry was very honest and didn't press me with more work that wasn't needed. Not often have I dealt with auto industry people I felt I could trust...I totally got a good first impression and felt very comfortable with Larry!

Larry cared more about my needs....doesn't happen often anymore!
I didn't need extensive service work, only an oil change and a new bulb in the brake light. Larry was very courteous and didn't try to push other service items on me. That meant more to me than he knew, and was a relief to my finances!!

All is good
I live a few miles away and made a listed service call that was listed on sticker and after at dealership was told mileage for service had been changed by Hyundai!

This was my second visit & Larry Rosecrants assisted with both. He knows the car and took time at the pick up to go over some of the features that I was not aware of. It'll definitely give me better use of the vehicle. I feel comfortable that I can call on Larry for any assistance I may need going forward.

Customer Service was great
Larry was great to work with. I appreciate his willingness to work with me and explain the parts needed. He called when he said he would, texted when he said he would. I paid the exact amount we agreed upon without any hidden or extra costs. I am very happy with the service he provided.

Costly and timely.
You expect good service at the dealer and you also expect to pay out the nose. I got both. It took almost a week to get the parts, but the work was completed satisfactorily (so far). I just have to save up for the additional $4k in suggested repairs I was informed of.

Service follow up from Service Manager
I just wanted to take a minute to recognize the outstanding job John , the service manager, did to address and resolve my concerns. He listened to the issues, apologized and committed recourses to make the situation right. I feel confident he will ensure that my customer service experience going forward is exceptional. I appreciate that. Also, I want to recognize Alex for stepping in and stepping up to help us resolve our problems at the dealership that day. He should be rewarded for his awareness. He saved the day and covered for his associate with a great attitude.
