Very professional and quick to respond. Very helpful
My car broke down in Friday, May 17th and had it towed to B and B Auto for at least a diagnostic to determine if it could be fixed without too much of a cost to myself. The diagnostic was done on Monday and they were very professional and talked me through everything on what the breakdown of the cost would be and when it would be fixed. They had me back on the road by yesterday, Wednesday, May 22nd and my car is running great. Thank you

Professional and Patient
B&B was very professional and patient with me. My insurance company used an out of state inspector at the beginning of my claim. I had to take the lead and get them to contact B&B. It was a long process. I also started a new job that is 70 miles away from home so I could only deal with B&B through my mother in law. It took a week to get them paid after I got the invoice. So very patient and worked with my mother in law and I. Please take your business here. They will take care of you and your vehicle.

Timely and honest service, excellent communication. Lena was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process of the diagnostics on my vehicle and dealing with the insurance company.

Great company!
B&B has always provided me with fast and quality service for any car issues that came up over the years . Both the technicians and front desk are well trained and very well rounded with their knowledge and expertise in their field . I Highly recommend !
