Great Personal Service and Attention!
The service department at Rairdon's did a great job of diagnosing and repairing our vehicle. I would highly recommend them if your Hyundai needs repair work performed...and I don't often say this about a dealership's service department!

Great Service and Excellent Value
I had a coupon for an oil change and filter plus a multi-point inspection. The service was done while we waited. It was done in a reasonable amount of time and they even rotated my tires for free.

Their coffee machine was recently upgraded and all kinds of hot drinks, including coffee, espresso and hot chocolate, are available while you relax in the waiting room.

Excellent service, bad website
FYI, Your rating system needs work. It is not user-friendly. To answer the first question,
there was no multiple choice and no way to know whether to use a star system, a percentage
Or some other way to communicate. I was anxious to comment on the excellent service by
Kevin Heerenspier and the shuttle driver (Dan? Doug?), but it took two tries to figure how to
do it. If I hadn't been so impressed by them, I'd have given up.

I say without any hesitation that I have never been treated as well as I have been by Kevin and the service staff at Rairdon's Hyundai. Kevin explains everything in detail, is always very courteous and cheerful and quick to answer any question I might have. The prices of any maintenance seem remarkably good. The shuttle service back and forth to work is much appreciated as well... I have a new friend in Gary, the shuttle driver. They treat me like a very valued customer... and I appreciate that. I'll be buying from Rairdon's Hyundai when we next need a vehicle! -Sabrina H
