The staff here are all honest and friendly.
Michael Rae is the best salesman I have ever dealt with when buying a car and the rest of the staff made me feel very taken care of and not taken advantage of. I love Hyundai of Everett and recommend them to all my friends and family!

Super friendly and helpful
I bought a hyundai from this dealership and go there every three thousand miles to get my car serviced. I have only ever received fantastic service from these guys and will continue to do business with them for as long as possible. I always bring my three year old with me and he can be temperamental and the people working are always patient while I deal with him and offer him things to entertain himself. The guys on staff are super nice and my car has never had an issue after being worked on there. plus I get $15 off for keeping their plate tag on and a free car wash every time I get my oil changed. There aren't too many businesses these days that provide this kind of service and I will continue buying cars from them because of how well they treat their customers.

service that wasn't...
The coils have gone out in my car repeatedly. I felt that the coil had gone out when I made the appointment, but then it started working again before the appointment. I still took the car in thinking that there would be codes in the computer or something, but there weren't. While I was there, I mentioned that I was never going to get another automatic because the gas mileage was so crappy. He mentioned that I shouldn't have a noticeable drop in MPG just from going from a manual to automatic. He suggested turning off the eco on my car to see if that improved my mileage. I've driven about 1/2 a tank, and so far, I think that may have helped. The service I've had down at Hyundai of Everett is so much SUPERIOR to the service I ever received from Jack Carroll's Hyundai in Mt. Vernon. I will happily drive the extra 30+ miles to go to Everett (I live in Oak Harbor).
