Even though I had an appointment to change the oil in my car, the Dealership apparently had the mechanic scheduled for my work. working on another car which did not finish as planned an instead of assigning another mechanic to work on my car waited until the original mechanic was finished to start on my car. Why make an appointment if it does not mean anything, All the other times I have had my car serviced or worked at Hyundai of Everett on have been excellent but I was very disappointed with their service and curtesy this time,
