Great Service!!
Took my 2017 Tucson in for it's 7500 mile service, they got it done in a very reasonable time. While there they informed me of a recall on the shifter limiting switch. They had the part in stock and did the recall at that time. Thanks for the great service.

Loaner car was lame, but service fulfilled
My engine needed to be replaced at a whopping 57k miles. Other dealerships were too busy to do the work so I drove from Renton to Everett to have it handled. Associates were friendly and knowledgeable but they put me in a car that had fewer options and way less appeal than my 2013 Elantra. I didn’t think that was possible.
They completed the service in a week, which was faster than expected, so I was glad to hand back their 2018 car and get into my 2013!
The positive in all of this is that everything was covered under the warranty so I didn’t have to pay for anything but the gas.
Nice people, fast service, but should have a nicer loaner car and really the engine shouldn’t fail at such a low mileage.

My car is only 2 months old. My visor light supposed to be turned off when not in use but for some reason it doesn't so they have to replace it. Only took them 30 minutes and ta-da! all fixed. Access is great, got my appointment and they ordered the parts. Their customer service so far is very good compared to the customer service I've had and experienced recently with others. Keep up the good work guys!

Needed a new bulb for my passenger side headlight and a replacement of the rear wiper. Stopped by at my convenience to get these things taken care of. James always takes care of everything and that’s why I continue to let Hyundai take care of even the small things for my car. Very reasonable price for this service and only took about 30 min with no appt. needed.
