Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback.  After reviewing with my technicians we found a 2017 SantaFe does not have a seperate washer fluid tank for the rear window.  Both the front and rear run off the same tank.  We did find that the rear washer fluid lever needs to be pressed and held for a few seconds before the fluid runs on the glass. If that doesn't work we would be happy to take a look at it and find out what is causing the malfunction.

The Staff
The service is really good. However, the prices are real expensive. I wish they had coupons or a certain percentage off when you have to get a major repair!!!

Lee thank you for providing us with feedback from your last visit.  I apologize there was a miscommunication at your visit.  I spoke with your advisor as to why we rotated the tires and he mentioned that you had requested and provided a coupon for our "Summer Special".  That special is an Oil change, tire rotation and fuel system cleaner which is why we rotated the tires.
Because of the misunderstanding I will be happy to apply the amount you spent on the tire rotation towards your next service if you decide to return.

Great, friendly service, but...
It's always been a pleasant experience when I have had any of my Hyundai's serviced at Zimbrick. I had requested a tire rotation this time. The service notes indicated no tire rotation was needed, but I was still charged for one. Doesn't seem right to me, but perhaps this is just normal? I'm just glad I didn't ask for something more expensive that I didn't need but still would have been charged for!

Pay attention to the details
The service counter guys are great, as was my salesperson, but whomever is performing the work isn't doing everything they include in the service. They never make sure that my tires are all properly inflated. I know because, after having some suspicion, I have begun letting about 5 psi out of one of my tires right before dropping it off. When I get the car back, the reduced psi hasn't changed, yet they include tire pressure check/fill on the invoice.

Andrew thank you for the feedback.  I will make sure to review your comments with all the technicians in the shop.  We want to make sure we are performing every service we state we are doing whether there is a cost or the service is free.  It is unacceptable to conduct business any other way.  I apologize we did not properly adjust the tire pressure.
