Always great service

Veryl’s keeps my 2011 pickup with 178k miles running great and saves me money.
I thought I needed a new battery, but Veryl’s tested it and determined that it was still good. It was just lack of use for a couple weeks. Saved me the cost of new battery.

Always willing to go the extra step .

The staff are knowledgeable and courteous, and the work is done right. Plus, they offer a free courtesy ride back to home and then to their facility after the work is done.

Fast repair and professional service

I broke down on Tuesday afternoon and had my van back by Wednesday afternoon. Estimate was precisely what I was quoted and I was updated every step of the way. We moved to South Hadley six years ago and have only used Veryls for all of our car repair needs. Great service every time.

Amazing People and Amazing Service

Justin and the team at Veryl's are beyond great. I had very sudden car troubles and they were able to not only help give me a ride home, but a quote that day and despite being busy they were able to see my vehicle. They even adjusted the quote as less work was needed than thought. True integrity, and honesty. Will be going back without a doubt!

Love Veryl’s

I feel so lucky that I found Veryl’s automotive when I moved to Granby. They came well recommended and I won’t bring my car anywhere else! Calling ahead helped because there were two cancellations so I could get everything that

Tire warning light after attack by pothole right front tire

I called and was given a very timely appt. The wheel had slight damage and the sensor wasn’t functioning. They took time to fix the wheel instead of selling a new one. Sensor replaced and good to go in one day. Everyone treats customers well. Very good communication with Justin. ?

Best Service Around

The desk staff are unfailingly likeable, helpful, and professional. They do the big things well but also the little things; I forgot to mention my daughter's car also had a headlight out, of course they noticed, checked in with me, and then fixed it!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

And I’ve used other shops in the past. These guys are super nice, professional and honest. The dealer tried to tell me my car needed nearly 1000 in various odds and ends updates and maintenance at the 2nd oil change after I bought it. Veryls agreed that it was due for one of these services but did not need the most costly ones. They’ve always been forthright about recommended scheduled service as well as needed unscheduled service and have offered options where they existed. It’s refreshing to know there are still honest businesses out there who won’t try to gouge you.
