I had alerted Veryl’s via text what was happening, telling them I’d be driving in (or tow if necessary) once we knew our true situation. With engine running, AAA provided snapshot of their diagnostics, showing everything was good. I sent that info via text to Veryl’s.
So, while I was driving to their shop, Veryl’s ordered a new starter motor. It arrived within an hour of my arrival, and an hour after that, I was on my way home. Not THAT’S customer service!
