Long wait but a great replacement.
The tech broke a part while installing the original new part and thus the delay in getting my own car back. I had the loaner for six days, and was pleased that the loaner car was a quality automobile.

After speaking with John we will give Woodhouse another try and I'll update my review again at that time. I do feel John has done everything in his power to make this right and he is the only reason we're considering going back.

Need to focus on the details
The part I needed was back ordered so it took a month to complete the service. They gave me a loaner car which was appreciated but it was smaller than my car which was a little inconvenient. The worst part was the fingerprints and dirt left behind in the interior of the car. The staff was very friendly and great to work with .

Untrustworthy
When I brought my vehicle in for an oil change I was told the transmission fluid and brake fluid both needed to be flushed, which would be fine if they hadn't both been done just two months prior. Not sure if the technicians are inexperienced or if the advisors are too lazy to look at your record to see what and when things have been done.

As I stated in our conversation we have procedures in place to prevent such occurrences like this but they were not followed. I will be following up on your battery replacement concern. Everyone was very kind and helping
Thanks to Josh i had a great experience at this location. I too work the service industry and was very grateful that I got someone like josh to take care of my Genesis coupe. Throughout the whole process he took care of me. From the initial contact to the warranty company he had to deal with (cars plus). Which no thanks to them I had to pull money out of my pocket. But despite that, everything I needed done was done and my car was fixed and works perfectly except for some things i need to change myself. I highly recommend this location. Everyone who helped me was kind and helpful. Only thing i notice was there was a cloth left in one of my exhaust ends. Which I'm not complaining because the service was great. Props to this location and their their facility, they value the customer and the car. Will be going to this location every time. Keep it up.

The long wait!
My experience has been long waiting at every stage. Waiting to be checked in for service, waiting forever for a ride, waiting to be cashed out and finally waiting for them to "bring my car around"!
