Saved my bacon
My car stayed overheating when I was driving from Minneapolis to Omaha on a Friday afternoon to visit my family. This awesome dealership said they could take a look if I brought my car in by 8 the next day, a Saturday. The radiator fan wasn’t working, and they had to order the part. The part didn’t arrive until 4 pm the day we were supposed to drive home, and one of the technicians stayed late so we could get home for work the next day. I am very appreciative and would definitely take my Hyundai there for service if I lived in the area. Please let them know how grateful I am.

great work! timing estimation could be improved
Always reliable and do great work! Usually takes at least an hour longer than they initially estimate. Not necessarily their fault, but usually aren't doing much more additional work than what I initially come in for.

My 2017 Santa Fe told me it was time for an oil change. I arrived for an oil change and left with a car change! I was pleased to leave with my third Santa Fe. I am a big fan of Hyundai.

Amazing Work
I went to another dealership with my issue and they kept saying nothing was wrong, when clearly you could hear popping noise. I called Woodhouse and they knew exactly what it was and fixed it in a timely manner.

Went far and above to fix issues
Although it took a few trips to the garage, all issues were fixed. Window works great now. The switch and motor had to be coded out on warranty a couple of times due to bad parts shipped. Rubbing on front brake fixed. Rear clunks fixed due to rear stabilizer links installed by another dealer incorrectly and greased correctly. Tech was correct that tires were causing helicopter noise when travelling at higher speeds. Cudos to all. Thank you. Very quiet ride now

The waiting area is well cleaned and has rooms that are quiet to wait in vs rooms with TV blaring.
I had very little wait time at this dealership for oil change and tire rotation. (at previous dealership I asked for tire rotation and was denied - said I didn't have enough miles on). I was really happy to have a quiet, clean area in which to wait. Additionally, they took care of a campaign fix on my car so I didn't have to return later to have that done.
