This was a very good visit
I just had the oil change and 60K service done. This visit was excellent. The Service Advisor was attentive and knowledgeable. The service was provided as expected. While getting the oil change I my car also had been detailed. They did a great job. My car looked like new.

Great customer Service
I was well informed, ahead of time, of what service needed to be done, and after what exactly was done. I agreed to the service needs ahead of time....no surprises, which I like.

The only thing I didn’t like was that they did not turn off the message that comes up when I turn on the car, that says The car is overdue for service. I will have to return to the dealer to have this done. Not a big deal but a little inconvenient.

Sonata maintenance
I get my sonata maintenance done at Wesley. Hap Hyundai and they always have availability and don’t always try to sell me crazy stuff. They do make recommendations but are not pushy. Jason Powers has been there since I bought my car (2014) and he is always very nice and helpful.
So happy they “cleaned house” from 2017. The service dept was in bad shape then but they turned it all around and are back to being good people.

Had to return to correct same issues
Had to return to correct same issues but service was completed and so far car is driving fine. There is still a slight oil leak from valve cover gasket replacement. Will monitor incase we have to return
