I have worked with hobby air before but his memory of who is customers are on a first name basis is uncanny this guy is top notch and you're lucky to have him believe me I don't throw up phrases like this very much

Recent service
I have used Hyundai service since the beginning of the purchase of this vehicle and a prior vehicle and refused to go any place else. Javer Esquivel has been my service rep from day one on the purchase of this vehicle and I will use no other. He pays attention to my needs and knows the recommended service for this vehicle, he gives me quality service. Without Javer I would probably use some outside services for servicing some of my needs.

friendly personnel especially the service advisor, Jay
I had problem with Hyundai's concierge service (very very poor service provided, rude and inefficient customer service representatives, ineffective in resolving the customer request!!!) but once I connected with Jay, the service advisor at Puente Hills Hyundai, he took care of everything.
All service issues were resolved to my satisfaction and I was given timely updates.
Thank you, Jay and Puente Hills Hyundai!

Excellent customer service & snacks!
Comfortable waiting room, clean bathrooms, free snacks, popcorn. The mechanics know how to fix my car properly. Repair customer service staff are very respectful, try to get me an affordable price, keep their word on how long repair or service will take, offer ride home. This keeps me coming back!

When I visit here i take a week's worth of work, that's how long it usually takes, so i usually take my laptop. they need more competent & qualified staff. get it together Hyundai!

This is my second Hyundai Genesis and I have always used yours Hyundai for service in on my dick. Haver Esquivel has been my service representative for both my 2012 and my 2015 Hyundai Genesis, I couldn’t ask for any better. He is attentive to my needs and scheduling of service.
