Not America's Best Warranty
Dominic was nice and answered the questions I had, I had no problem with him. My issue with the service is that a superficial dent voided my warranty when it came to working on my airbag module. It's hard to understand how my car has passed four inspections with no problems, but I'd be forced to go through insurance or out of pocket for this service. Again, Dominic was a nice advisor and explained things, I just think the overall customer service was lacking especially since the Hyundai warranties are labeled as America's Best.

Attentive service
Service agent, John very knowledgable and helpful. Only criticism I have is for Hyundai Corp. the Michelins that replaced original tires are noisy, provide a harder ride and less less mpg.

Feeling like an un valued customer
My experience was normal as usual I was greeted at the entrance and then lead to the service writer I had a 915 appointment I arrived there a little before nine. The reason I am most displeased about is I didn't get out of the dealership until 140, I had to ask the service writer what the status of my car was and when he looked it up after asking me my name he looked up and said The car was just done and he would send the paperwork over to the cashier and for me to go there and wait for it when I went to the cashier I noticed my repair order was under roughly about five repair orders when I paid and looked at my paper work I notice a time stamp set 11 AM which means I waited there over 2 1/2 hours without needing to needless to say I was very unhappy

Terrible communication. Told would receive a loaner and did not. Car brought in late Tuesday and did not get back till Monday. Car was finished Friday and never contacted.
