Veryl's Does it Again!

My car had made a clicking sound a few years ago when making turns. I told Jeff about it when I was at Veryl's and he took a look at it. He said it was fine for now, but to keep an eye on it and when it got louder/more frequent to bring it back in. Almost three years later it was louder/more frequent so I brought it back in and they fixed it quickly.

That's what I like about Veryl's - they are honest and never try to do extra work to pad the bill. We have been coming to Veryl's for 10+ years now and plan to with all our car needs

Quick fix to a grinding problem

I had an appointment for scheduled routine service on my Subaru but a grinding noise had developed since my last visit. At previous time, brakes had been serviced. Since then a grinding and squealing occurred when brakes were used.
Jeff didn’t explain; he said it would be fixed … new pads, new rotors. And when I tried to pay, “No charge”.
I don’t see that attitude at many places.

1st time mechanical work at Veryl's

Work was done / completed in a timely fashion...as was promised!( which allowed me to schedule drop off & pick up without any concerns) I was also promised the work would be rechecked & reevaluated the next time I would be stopping by Veryl's.
And appreciated all the correspondence which kept me informed...and, a pleasant, friendly staff to deal with..thank you

Excellent service, as always

I always come to Veryl's for everything my vehicle needs. They're fantastic at making sure my car is safe and well taken-care of, they always explain things in terms I can understand, they're always friendly and empathetic, and I never feel pressured or "upsold" into things I don't need. In fact, I frequently feel that they're *saving* me money whenever possible.

A++++, I want everyone to come here except it makes it really hard to get an appointment. Just kidding, when I really need them, they always fit me in. Thanks to Jeff, Justin, Robb, Tanya, and all the people working hard in the shop to keep my car well taken care of.
