Accommodating
My car died on a Saturday morning and had to be towed. It was brought to Veryls as they have worked on our cars in the past. I went an explained to them on am Monday. It was diagnosed and repaired by Tuesday. I am very appreciative of the time they took to take care of the car.

Small local owned. Way to go.
Came in with a few different problems and the team did what they could to get me the best price possible lots of communication and hard work and totally friendly. The courtesy rides are very helpful and it feels good when you walk in to the front office and absolutely everybody knows your name

Communication from the steam is fantastic. I had a couple of callbacks keeping me in the loop as far as price and additional issues found once they got inside the engine I had choices. They worked with me to make sure I get the best price possible very polite and fast, and I believe in them.

Engine-bay electrical issue
Veryl's Automotive Services is one of the best small-business retail operations I've ever experienced. Jeff Poirier and his excellent team have been helping me for several years and it's time I said so publicly.

This was a battery issue in an older vehicle, one in which spending resources chasing down problems must be weighed against the limited value of the car. Jeff (and his team) respect this reality while striving to fix the flaw. This is great customer service and my car is ready to go, 48 hours after asking for help (triage is another strong attribute). Veryl's is good business and I'm grateful for their service!
