Review of Jay Jones and Jom Ellis Hyndai
I haf an exceptional experience with Jom Ellis Hyndai in Camblee Tucker. My service representative was a gentleman named Jay Jones. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and dependable. I had bad experiences at other dealerships but this one was 5 stream grade A material. Jay heard my concerns and took them on as his own to see to it that I was able to get my vehicle back safe. The only promise he made was that he would do his best to assist me in 5he process, and try to make it a more pleasant experience than what I had in times past. He did just that and I have already told some people about this Hyndai location for purchases ad well as any services needed. Thank you Hyndai, and Jay Jones for a wonderful experience. My car is backup and running on the road and I pray that it stays that way.

Excellent, friendly service
I traded in my 2002 Cadillac Sedan DeVille for a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I traded in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata in April 2021 for a new 2021 Hyundai Sonata Turbo. I love my Sonata and all the bells and whistles and creature comforts. Many friends have been surprised at all the things it can do. When this 2021 Sonata reaches 100,000 miles, I'll trade it in for another new one at age 83!!

Once the person servicing you approaches they don’t even ask about any questions or concerns prior to the service and they also rush in my opinion. Upon arrival they are very prompt to help you but they are never ever clear on who is helping you like maybe ask them to wave their hand so I know exactly who to walk to you know their name and faces….. customers don’t so I feel like that’s very important

Courteous and friendly staff. Kept me informed.
They took care of all I was there for in timely manner. Washed my car which was a surprise. Found an
issue with my front wheel breaks that needed to be taken of for safety reasons.

Regular vehicle maintenance
The in person interaction with service dept rep was great. But there is a serious problem in having to wait a month before being able to schedule even routine maintenance. Also, the initial call to the dealership to be transferred to the Service Dept. never results in phone pickup in the service department, but rather always a recording. One must persist through email and text.

Great Job JAY
Jay in service was exceptional in keeping me informed about my replacement tires. He was extremely friendly and courteous. He made sure my time was not wasted waiting for tires. He gave me a timeframe and it was accurate.

This rate is just for hype service I received from the advisor Jay Jones.
This facility is so desorganizad and again the only help I received was from Mr. Jay. I’m still have the same problem I had when I brought the car for the first time.
