Stress free service
The service professionals at Parkway are simply exceptional. They are kind, conversational and explain what is being done. They check in during the service and offer great coffee and even snacks while you wait. Then they bring your car right to the door before they say goodbye. My Mistake
I wrote about a recent experience I had and wrote a pretty crummy review based on a misunderstanding. I had several people from Parkway reach out to me almost immediately. They listened to my concerns and gave me a valid explanation. I was in the wrong and even still they offered some complimentary services. As nice as that is I declined as the issue was on my end and had nothing to do with their service. I appreciate their care and concern and initiative on resolving my problem so quickly.

Did not follow service request, added additional charges
Took my daughters car in to have a wheel replaced and left specific instructions to place the old wheel in the trunk. This didn’t happen and my daughter left a voicemail requesting a call back about this which has yet to be returned. Additionally a fee of $20.00 was added to the invoice to diagnose a tire pressure warning light which was not authorized by me or my daughter and was not illuminated upon arrival for her appointment.

They told they rotated tires and did not thinking that I would not know the difference. At first, service advisor gave me a hard time saying vehicle not due for oil change and only after much conflict did they admit that it was due. Their excuse was they do not usually service turbocharged vehicles. NO apology whatsoever and if I had not continued to insist it was due for an oil change, they would have sent me home without performing service for which I had made an appointment. I then waited one and half hours for oil change (not tire rotation) even though I had made an appt.for an oil change and tire rotation. They also state in paperwork that tire rotation was performed and only admitted tire were not rotated when I told them after looking at the rims that they had not performed a tire rotation. I asked them if it was in the manual that tires should not have been rotated after 11000 miles and they responded they did not know but gave me excuse after excuse. I left feeling conned and lied to about service performed, which they admitted was not done even tho stated as performed on paperwork.

Thanks for the feedback. I spoke with the advisor and figured out what happened. Looks like the technician did not recommend a rotation due to the tire tread depths. The industry standard is to put the best tires in the front. According to the Multi point inspection, the best tires were already on the front. Regardless, the advisor should have given you the choice. Geordi is still new and I will address this to correct the issue.
