it's proximity to my home
the person who did my service ticket and receipts was Excellent ...very Efficient worker...now the actual mechanics or technicians who did the oil changes did not finish the job ...they did not record the miles for my next visit via a clear sticker on my windshield ...my tires looked like they were not filled to capacity ...if this continues I will have to look for another dealer..
