Representative issues
Others than the repairs to the vehicle which were done fast and swift, which I loved, there representative was very impersonal to the point I had no idea even how my car was doing. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love being in and out of places as quick as possible, not having information on the status of my car or hearing me out seemed pretty bothering. Other than that it was great all other staff was very nice, attentive and understanding.

Unbelievable
I took my car to Braman as I’ve been doing for the past 5 years. I had an issue with a repair that still is not fixed. The Advisor Gary D. was great however the Service Mgr. is in the wrong line of business because his Customer Service skills are horrible.
