Staff is knowledgeable; service time seems reasonabl; facility is convenient and lovely; discount cards are sometimes offered.GH
Discount cards for oil changes are helpful; other service fees need to be explored prior to making the appt. To understand the charges.
When car’s Service is complete, a staff person reviews service done; asks if you have questions and service is complete within a few hrs. When beginning at 8:30am appt. Staff is excellent and facility via conducive to relaxing while reading: working on computer or watching tv. Gail H

I was charged for a tire rotation that was not done. Makes me wonder if they did any work at all on my car. They need to adopt the practice of video viewing of work being done on the cars. Gary was nice and said I would get a (small) refund but it has been more than two weeks and I am still waiting.

Service manager Gary and their mechanics offers fist class service.
The service manager that I see is very professional and makes every effort to satisfy my concerns and maintenance wishes for my vehicle. I receive full explanations for anything that I do not understand and how any recommended services affects vehicle performance. I have managed to maintain a well run vehicle with the help of the service manager and mechanic staff.

Another outstanding visit
This place seriously rocks! Upon arrival I was treated like a valued customer. From the kindness of the valets who, even though they were busy, didn't make me feel rushed to gather my belongings, employees who held open the door, seeing service people who I knew from previous experiences who still made time to say hello. Gary my service coordinator is fantastic. Cannot really say enough good things about him - he is a professional who knows his job, Gary is kind and friendly, not familiar. He takes his time and made sure all of my concerns were met and when he said he'd call me by a specific time, he did. I never had to call the dealer, Gary kept me informed at all times.
