Terrible service
When I showed up and saw that my appointment that I scheduled was actually never scheduled and when you guys LOST my car keys in the first 5 minutes, it reminded me why I decided to lease my car from another dealership. Now I know the convenience of your location is certainly NOT worth the frustration, I'll be sure to take my car elsewhere.

This is my third hyundai, and having my first two leased from Brahman, I can honestly say it almost looked like you guys were trying to lose a valuable customer.

As I've told employees there before, if a manager would like to contact me directly so I can provide better feedback on how your business can continue to grow and properly service customers, I would be more than happy, sad to say no one has taken me up on that offer.

Excellent customer service
I came for the second time to do the oil change (1st time I had to wait a long time)
Gary took the time to explain me what maintenance is needed it for my vehicle and I got my car back faster that I what expected.
I have to return to replace the gas tank that came defective, but is cover by the warranty. (15k miles)
