Over charging
Came in only to report milage. I had purchased my car new from this store and always had it serviced there. Needs to have some work done per a list all dealers said should be done as it was reaching a specific mileage which was not covered by warranty. I had gotten a quote from this store and it seamed high, so I got 2 other quotes from like stores with same list and were considerably less. I called to this store again to discuss and was given original quote and told the other stores were not doing the same work and was given other excuses for being more, I have been around the automotive business for awhile myself. So that is why the comments in title and nonrecommending comments

I appreciated the shuttle service to allow me to drop my vehicle off the day of the service in lieu of having to arrange dropping it off the night before and again arranging to pick it up. Also, appreciated not wasting money on having a recommended mileage service performed as it wasn't really required as a previous warranty work took care of it.
