the people at Hyundai make it a great place to do business
I was immediately received with a friendly person and asked details about the service I required. Then escorted to the very nice waiting room where there was fresh coffee and freshly baked home made cookies!!! The wait was pleasant and no longer than estimated. Glad I bought a Hyundai in Saint Augustine.

They are the friendliest, most efficient dealer, personnel, service, etc. etc. of ANY dealer I have ever been to. This latest Hyundai I have is the 4th since I first went to them in 2011! It is the ONLY dealer that I have gone back to for service after purchasing the car. I can't say enough about them, especially the personnel I have had direct contact with like: Andy DiFeo, Paul Smathers and Tunde O'Conner. I always recommend them to anyone I know interested in getting a car.

Tired of selling at Service Department
I have always received great service from St. Augustine Hyundai. But, I get really tired of going in for one thing and having them try to sell me up on things I do not need. This past appointment was for the 60,000 mile maintanence which is usually almost $500. Knowing that i was spending $500 they attempted to get me to agree to an injector cleaning for $150. This was not because I had issues or something broken, just selling up. It may be the reason I do not buy another car from the dealership.
