This is the second time I have brought in my car. The service Dept. Is absolutely amazing.

They are so fair and honest and I truly think of this dealership Service Dept. as i would with a trusted personal independent mechanic.

Steve Nicholson truly has a serving heart just as Carlos whom I’ve worked closely
with. I’m a sales manager of a large MFG. it’s hard to find a company that has truly exceeded my expectations.

Quick and easy process
I would suggest to have a small gazebo/umbrella outside the service area while you wait for your car. It was 102 degrees and no shade anywhere ☀️

Outstanding Service
My most recent service for catalytic converter, brakes and shocks turned into somewhat of a marathon due to unexpected problems.
My service advisor, Carlos Velasco was simply outstanding in the way he communicated with me about how the work was progressing and arranged for a rental vehicle after personally picking me up from my office. I could not have asked for better service and Temecula Hyundai is a much better place with Carlos employed there. I hope the powers that be appreciate him.
Thanks again Carlos for looking after me and making my Genesis run like new again.

Pick up and delivery of vehicle from and to my home!
What a pleasure it was to have my vehicle picked up from and delivered back to my home. It was a huge time saver as I usually wait for my vehicle when serviced.

Great service
Always great service. We took the car for service at the Corona location and they claimed to have done the service in five minutes. Unbelievable. We doubted there was any service done. So we took the car to Temecula location and had the best, most friendly, and efficient service. We will continue to go to Temecula for all our Hyundai needs.
