I am very sorry that you feel we did not perform quality work. Unfortunately there is nothing more to perform on this recall other then installing a label and making sure the latch on the seat belt was properly lined up. This recall was performed once before and Hyundai corporate advised to "inspect and install a lable only" I hope it was a clear enough explanation on the quick service we provided. I will be more then happy to send you the recall information to show you the process.

Complimentary Vehicle Detailing
My car was detailed and cleaned perfectly, but there was a cleaning odor that has permeated and stayed in the cab of my vehicle for the past 3 weeks. Can you please use an odorless cleaning solution in the interior of the car or provide some other deodorizer to eliminate the cleaning smell that has lingered for weeks.

Shockingly awesome service experience!
I typically don't take the time to write reviews, but in this case, I am absolutely thrilled to share my recent experience with the Temecula, CA Hyundai dealership, and especially with Carlos.
I brought my 2012 Sonata in because the engine light came on, and because I had just discovered that there were a few recalls that I hadn't had checked out yet. One of those recalls was for the possible engine replacement. Yikes!! I was terrified to bring my car in, knowing that IF my engine failed the inspection and a replacement was necessary, that I would either have a fight on my hands about who had to pay for it, or that the process to get it replaced by Hyundai would be so difficult that it would turn into a nightmare.
I was totally wrong! As luck would have it, my car did fail the recall test and an engine replacement was necessary. However, instead of the experience being a nightmare, it turned out to be a total pleasure! From the moment that I dropped my car off, until the time I got it back, Carlos and the Temecula service team provided me with outstanding service! They went above and beyond to not only make sure that my car was serviced properly (5 recalls!), but they also made sure that I was updated on the progress of the repairs. I was planning to be without my car for a month, but somehow they were able to get the engine replaced and handle all of the other items in less than 2 weeks!
I will definitely go back to Hyundai for not only my next service, but also for my next car purchase!

Oil Change and Dinner Recommendation
Temecula Hyundai is always professional and friendly. They exceeded my expectations this time as I said that I would be waiting for my car. My husband arrived to take me out to dinner and the staff knew of a great place to eat and said my car would be ready when we returned. Sure enough the food was great. The team at Hyundai kept their promise and my car was ready upon our return and the car had been washed and vacuumed. Always great service from Temecula Hyundai.

Overall Improvement Needed
Service Advisor needs customer service skills improvement. He needs to at least look at the person he is speaking with instead of shuffling papers and entering information in the computer while trying to explain the service I needed. Somebody needs to explain to him that multi-tasking in front of the customer is not impressive.
Clean and supply customer bathrooms regularly.
