I have been going here for years, and can't always have a good experience with Christine T in service. She is attentive, gets back to me in a timely fashion, and is very with the pricing for any service for you vehicle.
I highly recommend Christine and this dealership if you want good service and a fair price.

Horrible Communication!!

Service Dept does not keep you informed as to what is going on with your vehicle. I understood that they were very busy, I just wanted to be updated on the status of my vehicle. Was never told that it would take over 2 weeks to get my car done. Every time I called, I was on hold over 30 min to talk to someone who could not answer any of my questions, was told I would get a call back from my service rep (which never happened).

Lovely Staff but lacks Technicians

The need for service technicians is at an all time high at this place. They are quick once the actually look at a vehicle. Lot of cars that needed to be worked on. Waited 8 days for a 1 day job.

Waste of time

This place is a colossal waste of time. I had a 9:30 AM appointment on a Saturday to get an oil change and replace a passenger side mirror of which I had made the appointment and had the part ordered in advance. I got there waited three hours for the services to be done which was ridiculous when I had an appt. I went to pay and found out that they didn’t replace the mirror because they didn’t have the part someone was supposed to follow up with me the next week and no one did. This place is a disaster I would never go back here and I would never buy another Hyundai.

Connie went above and beyond to make things right. I had some issues and she made things. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. She always makes me feel welcomed. Connie and randy have always been amazing. I drive 30 minutes plus and pass plenty of Hyundai dealerships to come to this location. I greatly appreciate her. Also I miss randy also.

3 hrs and no updates for oil+ tire rotation

Made appt via app - very easy; from there all was downhill; late, no communication from staff to me. Was told 1hr 30 min (which is bad in itslef given i had an appt for easy service) and got out after 3 hours… i had to call twice for updates/ to get out of there. Pretty close to worst ever
