Cael provided excellent service!
Cael was my service contact for this visit. He provided the best communication and service I've had at this dealership in the last 5 years. He regularly kept me up to date on the status of my car. He made sure to quickly correct an automated billing error. I'm hoping this is a sign of better service overall at this dealership and not just a one off experience.

My technician, Cael, helped me make informed decisions on what needed to be done to keep my car up to the best standards. He also made it very easy, when there was a variance in the services I still had, vs what the system said, which I appreciated greatly. It’s always nice when you don’t have to jump through hoops or find records or whatever when there is a discrepancy.
The waiting area is comfortable and has complimentary refreshments, which is very nice when you need to wait for service, as I did this visit. They also provide complimentary shuttle (with Lyft or Uber) if you don’t want to wait - which I have used in the past.
One thing I would love to see, is a better online appointment tool. It always seems to be booked out when I look, but I can usually call in and get an appointment for times that are unavailable online.
