Best Hyundai place!
We love this Hyundai dealership. We get our Santa Fe serviced here. We also bought a Ford Focus here and had great service. I always recommend our friends and family check here if they are in the market for a car!

Nick rose helped us with my husbands car and it was a breeze of an experience.

Ben In the service department was so nice and got us in and out in under and hour.

I received a phone call from Ben, an assistant manager, regarding my recent visit to Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. I had given a 4-star review because the oil change had taken longer than I was told it would, and I didn't receive any updates until the work was complete. Ben assured me that they would address this in training with their service managers so it wouldn't happen again. I appreciated the follow-up.

Helped me out in a pinch
The service department here truly worked hard to help me out getting a quick (unexpected) fix on the spur of a moment in between two meetings that I had to keep. They literally threaded the needle and "made it happen". Give them a try and you won't be disappointed...!

Murdock Hyundai of Lindon Continues to Impress
I continue to be impressed by Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. They have a very attentive staff and a clean and comfortable facility. I did have a question about an aspect of my service package, so I asked the cashier. She took the time to research my question, and even provided me with additional documentation to make sure that the question/issue would never happen again.

Service writer was very helpful. Answered my questions when I asked for my service history. Not a lot of pressure to up sell, but did make recommendations that I agreed with. Exceeded expectations with estimated time of maintenance completion. While waiting in the customer lobby area, I was offered a complimentary beverage. Do to COVID the self serve snack area was closed.

I mentioned before in other parts of the survey that I felt rushed and unable to ask questions about my car and possibly fixing certain parts. Thankfully, I was able to ask afterward, but it was not the exceptional experience that everyone is wanting me to have. I also was unable to get responses during the actual service of my car, so I could not ask questions like it is claimed.
