This morning when I showed up at the service entry and I was greeted by one of the service adviser and saw Ben who immediately processed the paper work. The vehicle was completed in a very short time and it was meticulously clean. It is a great pleasure doing business with a dedicated staff that values Earnhardt customers. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Put doughnuts out in waiting area.
At least when I have an appointment with you. Coffee is good for doughnuts.

Bagels, doughnuts, fruit cups, we try to have snacks on hand whenever come for service. Better than all of that though is our Car Care Express service, oil changes and more while you wait. Our goal is always to get you in, get you out, so you can get back to your life (and all the tasty treats out there in the wider world).

Love the service here

I've owned both an Infiniti and BMW and have always felt like dealership service centers take advantage of you. I love Hyundai's service center. I make my appointment with Ben online and I always feel like he makes sure my car is well taken care of with every service.

Oil Change + Moon Roof Repair

My experience was excellent again. I've taken my car there for all of my oil changes as well as an issue I recently had with my Moon Roof. It's extremely hot here in AZ and my moon roof clip melted which caused it to basically stay open. They took care of it no problem and was included in my oil change charge as well as washed my car.

Top notch customer service!

Efficient and friendly staff. Thoroughly professional service.

We own three vehicles , we baby them all and tend to keep them for more than a few years. I would consider our Hyundai Santa Fe Ltd. to be our primary ride, we do our family hauling in this vehicle and use it for all our vacations within Arizona and into neighboring states, therefore service and reliability are very important to me. The service department at Earnhardt Hyundai always does exceptional work and in a timely fashion. My service advisor, Ben Girard, is always friendly and attentive. Outstanding all around.
