Thank you for taking time to respond Cody. I apologize for the frustration from your visit with us. Our goal is to get lube oil and filter with a car wash completed in one hour. Looking at the repair order, the time stamps show 9:13 to 11:14 and then the car wash. Also we completed 2 different campaigns along with the oil change.
