Left window open...
I went in for a free oil change and the person left my window down and seat pulled way up when I picked it up. My wife left some food in the car and bugs were all in it. It could have rained too. Just put the window down and put the chair back as best you can.

Great Service team
I appreciated the way the service dept treated my vehicle when I took it in to get the upgrades that I had purchased. They made sure my car was vacuumed out prior to giving it back to me. Thanks for the good work.

Brete Arnold is who makes this place so great! Whenever I have brought my car in to be serviced there is a "issue" that arises. Brete has always tried to take care of me. She makes me feel like she really cares and feels bad about what ever the issue has been. We both just laugh because it is like my car is jinxed.

The people and the atmosphere make it great!
They are very helpful and know how to treat customers. I go all the time for maintenance and other things on my car that needs to be done. They always fix it correctly and in good time! Thank you for taking care of me!

Incompetent Service Department
Dealing with the incompetent staff in your service department has been on going for the past 6-7 years, and is not isolates to this one incident. There is no reason I should have my vehicle brought in multiple times for the sane issue - it shouldn't take 5 tries to have you fix my breaks, and then I have to go elsewhere to have it fixed. This latest issue took a month to resolve as your service advisor did a horrible job communicating to me. If this was isolated to one incident, I'd understand, but it is not.

The Service Department Ruined my Experience
The service staff is incompetent, and this has been the case ever since I bought my vehicle. Take the time to review their notes, and you'll see what I am talking about. Everytime Ivery taken my vehicle in, I've had to return several more times, or take it elsewhere. This is the opinion I share eith everyone, as I've given the deser ship several times to prove me wrong, snd they never do. Unfortunately, this isn't unique to me, as I know of other people who complain about it too. I tried to voice my concerns several yimes, but nothing really ever changed.

Brete service manager
Brete was so helpful and kept us informed even when they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, When my husband said that we were going to have to rent a car for me, Brete offered us a loaner even though our car was no longer under warranty. That was so helpful to us! When I picked up my vehicle Brete told me if I had any problems with my car, that since she knew what had been wrong with it, if she wasn't working the service dept. could call her and patch me through. I really appreciated this.
