Waste of time!!!
Went in for an oil change. 2 HOURS LATER we asked how much longer it was going to be just to be told they didn't have it. Upon further search they told us it had been done for a while, NO ONE TOLD US IT WAS DONE!

Thanks for responding to the survey. I am sorry we didn't get to wash the car. It has been too cold for our car wash to operate outside. It freezes over night and is having a hard time unfreezing with the cold temperatures during the day. If you want to call ahead one day and see if it is up and running we would be happy to wash it for you. Thanks again for coming in and look forward to seeing you in the future!

Thanks for responding to the survey. With most recalls we replace the recalled part even if its not bad/broken because Hyundai has updated the part and could prevent any issues in the future. Poor communication
Had great difficulties finding out the status of our vehicle as it was in service for 36 hours for a simple line and gasket change. We never received a single call about it and had to repeatedly call in to get answers. Many calls went unanswered, those that were answered were transferred to the service department which often times never answered their phone.

Disappointing service.

Friendly and capable staff
The staff was very friendly, capable and kind to all those waiting while their vehicles were being serviced. I was impressed!

Oil Change
This is an awesome Dealership and Service Department. I was told I needed to pay for the oil change--I have lifetime oil changes (really you only get 3 per calendar year), but the Service person said that they would give me a $10 coupon off the oil change--I did not get it after looking at my receipt. No worries, I will just need to manage my oil changes and tire rotations better throughout the year. I am still Very satisfied and happy with them.
