I brought my car in for a routine service call and everything went as expected, "outstanding". My check in process with Ms. Amanda was well above what I expected. Her professional attitude made my fun, eventful and no care in the world that my car would be done properly and in a timely manner. I just have one concern. That is the sticker that goes on the window to let you know when to come back wasn't there. Hopefully someone will give me a call to let me know when my next service call will be.

Best Customer Service I’ve received
After a scheduling mistake that saw me at the wrong dealership, they managed to fit me into their schedule for the day and provided me with transportation home, and then back to the dealership once my car was ready. Despite being busy and not in the schedule they managed to still have my car ready in a few hours. Amanda White (I believe) specifically at the service counter was the one who helped me out and made everything so easy. Can’t say enough.

Excellent staff and service
I came in for a manufacturer mandated recall update for my trunk latch. It was simple to book the service online and everything with the repair went quickly and smoothly. Everyone who works at Pacifico Hyundai was incredibly nice and professional. Amanda White is terrific with customers and kept me updated on my car’s progress.

I don't feel welcome or valued
I wasn't greeted when I walked in to service by the gentleman at the first desk. The nice woman who came in shortly after was very kind and got me situated very quickly. The service took 2 hours, which is unacceptable. An oil change and tire rotation should be much faster, especially since I had to wait 3 weeks for the appointment. An appointment means they put time aside to address my needs, which clearly didn't happen here. There was only me and one other person in the waiting area, so if others aren't waiting, that must mean they didn't care if I was waiting, because no updates were given.

Our valued customer has been contated by phone and email. We discussed his concerns. Pacifico Hyundai has a plan in place to help him for future visits. Our staff has been coached on better greeting methonds and communication.
Our Service Director has been notified.
