Liars and abusive
I wouldn’t give them one star if I could review without a ⭐️ . When I tell you that these employees are the worst of the worst it’s an understatement. Justin who works at the service desk has the worst attitude, use helpful, and could care less, Dennis is a liar as they constantly tell you that your car will be ready the next day and weeks pass still no car yet they get aggressive and agitated as if you’re bothering them. Oh I’m sorry sir that us people but cars so we too can get to and from work. Before they had our car for about 5 months, this time for one little pump it’s been over two weeks. What do they do? Lie and are disrespectful and rude. When I’m done this time I will never go back to any of these dealerships, I rather go to a hole in the wall mechanic because at least they take pride and make there’ their customers happy so you’ll return. I do not know how these Ignorant, liar, and let’a not forget thieves still have a job. Yes another employee told me how you guys take cash jobs first to steal off the top. Hyundai Inc. should be ashamed to have these kinds off people working for you that treat your customers this way, I will never purchase Hyundai again no matter what. I can’t wait to be done with you ignorant no good fools. Do not take your car here, we’ll unless you’re paying cash you’re their kind of person if you have a warranty of any you’re nothing to them. Stay away far away from here. Disgraceful, disrespectful, and disgusting!!!!!

Looking for a new dealer
The two sales people I've dealt with are no longer there...and I haven't goylt the same type of personalized service getting my car. They simply read ifo off a computer? Really after buying my 3rd car...I think I'll be going to another dealer. The service department stinks! Dint appreciate getting lied to when I know otherwise!

STAY AWAY - car needed $1000+ of repairs and they covered it up
STAY AWAY. I almost bought a car that needed $1000+ worth of repairs that they covered up.

This dealership sold me a car that they claimed had no engine lights or any issues. I believed them until I took it to my own mechanic, and the mechanic said that there were engine errors but they were recently cleared - meaning Pacifico Hyundai knew that this car had engine misfire issues and faulty evaporation system, but they tried to cover it up. It also needed new brakes.

I would have bought the car, driven it fine for a while, then the engine light would have come back on after the system reset. My mechanic said this would have cost me at least a thousand dollars.

The dealership even falsified the state inspection shortly before selling it to me. It would not have passed legitimately with these issues.

To give the dealer a small amount of credit, I had already bought the car, and it was still within their five-day return window; they didn't hassle me about the refund. But it seems that they attempted to cover up the issue long enough to wait out the five-day window.

Abusive Employees
I have a brand new car that started making brake noises about a month after I bought it. The employees would not even put the car on a lift to check the brakes, and lied about it. They then refused to respond to emails and phone messages, after not sending me a video of what was allegedly done, as they said they would. When I asked about something in the manual regarding oil changes, the service advisor started bullying and gaslighting me, trying to intimidate me. The company does not even think they should remove these abusive employees, or do anything about the fact that they clearly lied about a potential safety issue. Maybe there is a shortage of employees going on, but that seems to mean in my opinion/impression that either the company approves of its employees bullying customers to keep things moving so they can make more profit, or they will tolerate any abusive treatment of their customers.

Better Than Expected
I recently visited this Pacifico Hyundai to test drive several cars. I had a very pleasant experience with the salesmen there, particularly Maurice Smith. I got a very good deal and ending up leaving with a new Hyundai Kona. I am very pleased with the service and the car. I definitely recommend this dealership.

They did not have the specific parts for my car on hand. Instead of re-scheduling me for another visit, they went and got the correct parts so that I didn't have to make a second trip.
