After having a very bad service experience, the dealership reached out to assure me that the treatment we received would not occur in the future and described what actions they are taking to improve customer service. I appreciated the call and will remain optimistic.

Warranty Service Issue
I had to contact the owner of the dealership with my concerns over the lack of service and the unacceptability of a 2-3 week wait time before my un-drivable, under-warranty car could get attention. Thankfully, the service manager, Josh, then got involved and the car was immediately towed and my days of work lost were two instead of 10-15 as initially projected. That was very much appreciated. Sadly, the overall experience was a confidence-buster
