Negative and costly experience
I give zero stars to this dealership. The car MSRP was 23 grand and it was sold for 29 grand. The manager refused to negotiate the price. By the time they added all the warranties it came to a total of $42,000. I feel ripped off and went back once I saw the total. Some warranties were removed 4 grand of it. Yet, I feel they took advantage of my lack of knowledge and as a woman walking in alone.

Definitely reccomend ask for Mellissa or Joe vega.
This was overall the best and easiest experience we had here. Definitiely recomend family and friends. Especially Mellissa. She made this whole buying experience a breeze. We felt very comfortable and did not feel like we wer being pushed to buy at all. We came for a 2021 and left with a brand new 2022 hyundai Santa fe. Definitely a 10 out of 10 buying experience!
