Great work
The work that was don’t was done well. Parts delivery is an issue everywhere. Only reason to not return is that I moved out of state. Would recommend them at this time. Agreed to mail part to me upon receiving to have work completed.

It was a real pleasure to have worked with both Justin Bush Service Director and Aimee Gaskill Service Consultant, both were very efficient, professional and always kept me informed of the situation. I had an unusual case and they were both very understanding and helpful with suggestions and made a bad experience a smoother transition. I CANT say the same for AAA they were very unprofessional they drop the ball and took no responsibility in the matter even as a AAA-Member for paid services, this is where Justin and Aimee took over and made the rest of the transition a better experience. Thank you Both Keep up the good Work..

I learned a valuable lesson at the service department recently. Appointments are ignored, staff is unprofessional, and my time means nothing to them.

A new car but repairs of a 10 year old car
If youre looking for answers or even the slight bit of education as to why your one owner new car with less than 29k miles needs rotors, brakes, and axles replaced.. don't ask these people. You will only be treated as if you were enemy #1. HOWEVER if you can't get ANYONE to "duplicate" the issue after bringing the said new car 3 times ASK FOR AIMEE GASKILL!! SHE WILL GET IT DONE!!

From disappointed to happy
Spoke with Mike- he went above and beyond and broke down the line items on my receipt. He credited me back a portion and gave me 2 vouchers to make up for the mishap. I will continue doing business with Hyundai mall of Georgia, it’s been over 10 years. Also Ben is great as well !!

Disappointed with Hyundai Service Dept
Came in because my trunk would not stay closed. I disassembled my trunk cover prior to my service appt because I wanted to fix the issue on my own. I was unsuccessful. When I asked the service advisor for a reason. She did not know. That’s some bull shiet because she could have easily found out. I was charged for 1.5 hours of labor and my trunk was not reassembled upon completion
