in car sales. He was honest, knowledgeable, and helpful in all phases of our purchase. He got us an agreeable price on our trade-in car which helped in the down payment. Two days later I returned to the dealership for further assistance with a vehicle systems question and Carter was again very helpful. Overall it was a smooth process. So our car was totaled by a local Youth attempting to "drift" in a front-wheel drive car in the inter
section in front of our house without really understanding that you can't do that. So sadly, this meant that we had to get a new car to put in the driveway to be a target for Youths and their cars. We came to Vancouver Toyota because they have always treated us well, and don't have Youths drifting in their parking lot. That i am aware of, anyway.
Special shout-out to Deanna for being helpful and accommodating of our wacky schedule dealing with things unrelated to Youths in cars. She was great, and you should seek her out, should you be looking for cars. But not if you want to "drift" them. Especially in our intersection.

The sales process was seamless and easy. I checked out a couple of Genesis closer to me and was not
happy with the sales process. I was looking for a specific vehicle and when I found it at Genesis of Fairfield, I contacted them and spoke with Charles Goldstein. We started negotiations and came to an agreement on cost. The majority was done via email and over the phone including initial paperwork which was convenient especially with fears of Covid. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I meet Charles and he was as polite and professional as he was over the phone. The whole transaction from start to finish was easy with no surprises. This is an upscale dealership and they treat their customers with respect and professionalism. Will definitely come back for my next vehicle.
