give a shoutout to my technician, Jeff. He was incredible! Jeff helped me understand what was wrong with my car and even took the time to drive it with me before and after the repair was done. Two days later I returned to the dealership for further assistance with a vehicle systems question and Carter was again very helpful. Overall it was a smooth process. Since my vehicle had to be ordered, I really appreciated how the team kept me regularly updated on the arrival timeline so I was never left wondering where things stood. That kind of communication goes a long way.
The lease deal they put together was excellent, and once everything arrived the paperwork was handled quickly and smoothly. Worth noting — the dealership is currently rolling out a new sales system, so things may feel a little slower than usual while the staff gets up to speed. That said, the team handled it professionally and it didn't take away from the overall experience at all.
If you're in the market for a new Toyota, I'd highly recommend giving them a visit. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time for my next vehicle!
